F7 Tecnologia Strategy that scales

Consulting that delivers a system, not a report.

We architect and implement Salesforce, data platforms and generative AI. What you keep at the end isn’t a diagnosis in a PDF: it’s the platform running, and documentation that stays true after the team leaves.

Bring a real bottleneck from your environment. We investigate it live on the platform, in 90 minutes — you leave with the diagnosis, whether you hire us or not.

    Versus the market median

Average of four assessment and implementation programs, clients anonymized by contract. Breakdown by industry in the Results section.

01 The real problem

Waste rarely sits in the license. It sits in what nobody consumes.

Across four assessment programs, 82% of the waste we mapped became declared savings. The breakdown below repeats with a consistency that no longer looks like coincidence.

  • 38% Data ingestion with no downstream consumption
  • 24% Redundant integrations between the same systems
  • 17% Orphaned assets — created, never retired
  • 12% Idle licenses within the current contract
  • 9% Rework caused by missing API contracts

In one of the cases, Data Cloud was six months into its contract with 11% credit utilization. The problem wasn’t the platform: it was that nobody owned the question “who consumes this data?”.

02 Where we work

Three practices that hold each other up.

We don’t sell the three as a bundle. We sell the one that solves your bottleneck — and we tell you when the other two don’t make sense yet.

03 The FDE method

Whoever discovers it builds it.

FDE — Forward Deployed Engineer. The senior engineer sits where the client’s work happens, decides there and delivers from there. The time saved doesn’t come from running faster: it comes from removing handoffs.

  1. 01

    No handoff

Whoever discovers the problem specifies and builds the fix. There is no translation between discovery and execution, so nothing gets lost in it.

  2. 02

    Decisions where the work is

The decision happens where the work happens, not in a committee meeting two weeks later.

  3. 03

    In production from week 2

The first delivery to a production environment ships in the second week. From then on, learning comes from the real system.

  4. 04

    Documentation as a by-product

Documentation is generated from what was built. That’s why it stays true after we leave.

The trade-off is real, and we state it before the contract: FDE requires seniority in every seat and doesn’t scale by headcount. It’s four seniors instead of ten mid-level people. That concentrates key-person risk, which we mitigate with pairing and rotation. If your backlog is known, stable and well specified, hiring by the hour is cheaper — and we’ll tell you so.

04 Results

Four programs, four industries, the same patterns.

Clients anonymized by contract. Metrics always as multiples or percentages, never absolute values — an absolute number without the context of company size tells you nothing.

05 The Kyrios platform

Service as a Software

Consulting stops being a contract for hours and becomes a system that executes, records and proves its work. You don’t buy allocation: you buy deliverables, with metrics. And what you keep at the end isn’t a report: it’s living documentation that stays true after the team leaves.

SaaS sells software and treats service as support. Here the service is the product, and software is how it’s delivered.

  • It isn’t staff allocation

The contract is for measured deliverables, not for hours of presence.

  • It isn’t a tool

SaaS hands you the software and you run it. Here the platform executes, directed by an engineer.

  • It isn’t a report

It’s living documentation, generated from the system itself.

When not to use it: if your scope is deliberately open and exploratory, an hourly contract is more honest than a deliverable-based one. We’d rather say so in the first conversation than find out in month three.

07 Contact

A 90-minute session is usually enough to know whether it makes sense.

Bring the bottleneck, not the brief. You leave the conversation with the scope narrowed down and a frank opinion on the shortest path to solving it.
